when you install the phone on UMIDIGI Q1.the phone is very hot and turned off.

I only charge my Z2 Pro wirelessly using the UmiDigi Q1. I have not noticed any heating effect.

I leave the charger plugged in all the time.

However, I drop the phone on the charger early evening and it's 100% before I go to bed, so I don't leave it on the charger overnight.

Dear UMIDIGI admin, when FOTA xxxx830 will be send to all user's? when PIN bug will be fixed ?, you told in this week (thursday for precision)....well...thursday gone, friday too.....please tell us true information, don't mess....

well, played with the Z2 pro all day, 0 issues (no security set up) , Umidigi must be quick with a fix for security only at least, or the Z2 pro will die before it gets any traction...

This is completely unexceptable,

We all paid for this phone with the promise that it will work. This is a huge bug that needs to be fixed. The fact that we haven't been updated on the status in a week is very concerning.

Maybe if we all start sending our phones back they might get some urgency. This is my first and will be my last umidigi phone. The excitement of a new phone was very quickly and frustratingly taken away when I was locked out and now the manufacturer expects us to factory wipe the phone every time we reset it!

I just bought this z2 pro, and it's missing a basic function like finger print and lock, can't even use google pay because of it, when will the update fix happen?

I had it happen again today, but this time I had to reboot, then cold boot a couple times to get back to it recognizing the pin. Guys, I am sure they will come up with a solution and I really love my Z2 Pro, plus the hassle of sending it back. I will allow Umidigi some time to resolve the problem.
