Trying to decide between c note 2, and crystal. Is there a difference in signal performance, due to  ...

The hardware of the 4GB Crystal is almost identical to the C Note 2, so you can expect the same signal and overall performance and power consumption but since the Crystal has a 25% smaller battery (3000mAh vs. 4000mAh), you can expect a shorter standby and talk time. The Crystal is a much smaller device with the same size of screen, so there's no room for the same size of battery.

Hi,
Actually you can read on http://www.umidigi.com/page-umidigi_crystal_activity.html ''starting from $99'' ;)

I was waiting to see if the phone would come out with LTE bands for the US. But it looks like the phone won't have US compatible LTE bands. Was so looking forward to getting this phone, but without the LTE bands for the US I will not be getting this phone. What a shame.

Currently only Z1 and Z1 Pro support the US LTE bands. It's about the processor, that doesn't offer the appropriate support.

The LTE part of the list is correct (but there are more WCDMA bands available, not only the listed ones), so as you can see, only LTE 2100 (band 1) is supported.
