Do hard factory reset. If it does not work, then open the phone and disconnect battery for 10 minutes. Then hard reset again. If you can't connect your phone to computer, then you can load these files to sd-card and do update via it.
Do not be afraid loosing  warranty by repairing yourself------because there are not any working warranty.

What more......you find anyway a need for new phone ( soon) and try to avoid all 'mediatek'-processors. They are unstable and has very bad GPS.
I bought S9 Samsung with 3 year warranty

Hi Richard,

SP Flash Tool has only Windows and Linux compatible versions (Linux is not supported here), so you should at least borrow a Windows machine for flashing your phone.

Just for your interest, there were only two MTK processors with unreliable GPS, the MT6582 and the MT6755. Unfortunately the letter one is used UMi Super, MAX and Plus. However the GPS in newer models works fast and perfectly reliable.
If you buy a Samsung Galaxy S9 directly from China (in theory it's possible), you'll have the same short, and not reliable warranty. It's not about the brand, buy a UMIDIGI at a local store, and you'll have the same reliable warranty (depending on your country and the specific retailer), maybe not 3 years but 2.

When you have fresh install this rom you have to boot one time full up bevor you start twrp.

Or wrong TWRP or you have install the P9000 Rom.

i have downloaded the most recent update to my umi super phone at 20170607 by sp flash tool and i would suggest you have a lot of bugs that have not received more internal update
