UMI Z - Bad 4G / 3G connection

I know it's funny. But it is so when I touch the UMI Z the receipt goes to e. If I put it on a table or I put it in a cover, the reception remains at 4G. Sadly, in the country's center, no one knows the word customer service. In several forums, people report on the poor reception of UMI Z.
They have synonymous with the advertising for the umidigi z pro to do.

I have compared the reception of the UMI z with a Galaxy s7. And unfortunately, the difference from the reception is so huge that one must not be surprised, the reception so fast at the UMI Z breaks and you have only e. I hope that the software of the UMI Z is still optimized and you can improve the reception even more.

If we would discuss this as a topic related to audio equipment I would dare to claim it should be a poor grounding issue.

Human body is a conductor.

So, whenever you are touching your device without insulator your UMI... does something. Maybe.

But, of course, YMMV.

I'm in France too, and gave this information for 3 times, and my posts have been deleted 2 Times (!!) and an admin reply that nobody  talked about it!!

I can force 4G, but my phone, staying at the same place on the same table will change to 3G, Edge...nothing, 3G...it's impossible to keep 4G connection (and I have a very good 4G network level at home, and no problem with iPhone or Windows phone).

j'ai quitté bouygues pour orange sosh que du bonheur, la ca traverse les murs et ca les ttransperce meme je suis a fond de 4G

Et bien idem je viens de changer suite à des offres sosh. En attente de ma SIM et je te dirais ce qu'il en est de mon côté.

It's not Samsung or Iphon. For me it is the last Chinaphone. Zero service and zero quality!

On Amazon.de umidigi sells their phones. But they can not provide such a bad service.

I'm from Spain and no problem for 3G/4G connection. It's working all the time in 4G. I am using Movistar.
