I did and nothing is happening, All I have is a spinning wheel saying Reboot...

So if I understand correctly you phone found update but due to updating won't reboot. And one solution is press power button until phone shut down is that right?

Edited by MarcinP at 2016-12-24 07:23 \n\nPlease try post 27 again with developer option and USB debugging (this option is not recommended and no need to be used for SPFT but as we have nothing to loose and you can't update your phone we can try) . Then try SPFT again.
Maybe uninstall all drivers firstly. Did you install any driver for other brand on your computer? Please reboot you computer and start whole process again step by step. Are you using Windows 10 64 bit?
1 install driver
2 open SPFT
3 get Scatter file change to firmware upgrade and press  download
4 switch off your phone and use same USB connection on computer and connect your device

I have exactly the same problem.
Spining reboot sign, but doesn't reboot. After a manually reboot there was nothing to change.
I tried it 3x times.
Any idea?

Please try use USB 2.0 not 3.0 as maybe there could be issues.

Thanks again but I think I'm going to give up because this is ridiculous. The company are pushing phones every 2 months but can't even work to get their customer happy. I have to work hard trying to fix a device that has been damaged by the very own company.
