I'll have more detallle my story: A week ago I started to miss the wifi antenna, would not turn, so copy my user files and decided to do a restore factory, but I did from the recovery (Team win Recovery 2.8 .7.0) but by mistake I made an advance wipe and delete any file from android and does not start it stays on the screen white home, the first thing I found was this 6FAA-ZP1-P5002.exe tool in the community but did nothing ( even the error), then try several times and came out the error, try with another tool (emax_mini_twrp_driver_install.exe) but only change my recovery to a previous version and this recovery does not recognize the sd card because if recognition could install the ROM from SD, I have not accomplished anything, do not know what else

i understand how to use the program but the program marks the error, i downloaded a bunch of times but the result is same ande the device y righty installed

Your unsuccessful flashing process seems to be the result of an unstable USB connection. I suggest you to try with another USB port/cable or using another PC. The COM port seems to be okay by your screenshot or the flashing process couldn't be started.
The photo of your phone shows the stock recovery, not the TWRP that you can install with my tool, so your installation was unsuccessful. You have to run that app while your phone is booted into the Android system and USB debugging is enabled. Check in your Windows device manager whether your phone is visible as an Android ADB device.

thank you i can do it , but i should be to format mi compuer and i changed the cable also, now is functional, but i some tieme i have the same problem whit the wifi antena, (it cans turn on) y saw some forums and i can resolved this problem (arase cache of "mark of gogle services"), i hope dont have more problems

im going to open a new post whit the problem of the wi-fi antenna , i have the same problems whit that , i hope you can help whits this theme

\n\nOk, I flashed this rom and everything went fine. In fact it is a very easy process. Once you put your mobile in download mode you just run (download) the rom (from the .exe file given at the start of this thread). And you don't have to do much else. As soon as it is over and you see the green line at the bottom of the download window you are ok and done. The phone will restart itself in the new rom. It took me about 12-13 minutes to complete the flashing.

I can't say if it better than 001 that I had, yet. But my feeling, so far is that the screen looks better and the call sound much louder and more clear. I had a minor problem with viber calls and that was fixed too. In general, I was very happy with the phone to begin with and now I am even happier. This phone is not a good phone for the price, it is a good phone period. And I don't work for UMI. I live in Greece and never in my life been in China.

I went on with the newer rom flashing mainly because the tethering function didn't work, in mine. My phone was undiscoverable, when in tethering mode, by my laptop. That problem was fixed. Now, it is discoverable and you can tether it ok, but there is no mobile internet sharing. Which means that my mobile internet connection cannot be shared with my laptop or my tablet.

Any ideas why?

On the TWRP which folders should I backup?

Basically the following ones are selected: Boot, System, Data

I can select: System Image, Cache, Recovery, EFS

As far as I know the EFS partition contains the personal settings. But which partition contains the installed apps?

Hi,

Tha data partition contains the user data. To backup your data, That's enough to backup the data partition only.

Does this new version support switching 3g from sim 1 to sim 2.?
Currently you need to physically switch the Sim cards which means you have to power off and remove back panel and then switch the cards and reassemble and power on. This is a very cumbersome process.

And after I use this flash tool, does it remove my TWRP too?
So after the update I have to install TWRP again to be able to restore the data partition?

Also, this software will be the last? Or UMI is still working on this phone?
What is the general support period for software updates at UMI? (For example if I remember well at Samsung it's 18 months, if a model runs out of the 18 months, it won't receive any more software update)
