I have no problem taking photos and sending over whatsapp. I did notice (and now that I try I cannot duplicate it) that the photos I've taken were ordered oldest to newest, and i had to swipe the other way to view older photos. But now that I try I can't duplicate that.

I'm having issues with my F1. I've had it less than two weeks and suddenly my earpiece isn't working anymore. I can't take or make calls without being on speakerphone or using a headset. I've restarted, rebooted, and factory reset my phone. Still not working. I've taken care of it and it's less than two weeks old. Anyone have this issue or have any ideas of how to fix it?

pretty sad when there are multiple issues with the phone and I don't see any comments/support from umidigi about these. Also sucks that we can't create our own threads with the problems we're having.

It's next to impossible to get a hold of someone for a repair request or replacement or a refund or anything! So mad my phone's acting up and nobody's getting back to me!

I GOT IT FINALLY, IF YOUR EAR SPEAKER STOPS WORKING IT'S GOOGLE ASSISTANT INTERFERING! DISABLE GOOGLE VOICE MATCH FOR EVERYTHING EXCEPT "WHILE DRIVING" AND REBOOT, VOILA!

I have an F1 Play model, which is basically the same of F1.

I can not change the ring tone for the Alarm clock.

Does anyone has this problem too?

There definitely is a low call volume bug. Speaker mode and Media volumes are both fine so this is clearly a software issue.

From the thread, this has been ongoing for awhile. Why has this not been fixed yet?

I'm not going to accept needing to root or use "engineering mode" to tweak system settings. This should be done by default. I bought a brand new F1 from Umidigi direct and expect it to work out of the box.
The camera vertically stretches out images, stock software has a bluish tint on the rear camera, incorrect contrast in general. I found a working google cam port and also tested opencam. These 3rd party apps made the camera usable but the call volume issue is a deal breaker unless it can be fixed quickly.

Just got my F1 and I have exactly the same "calls with low volume" problem. It only affects the earpiece, if the call is handsfree or using a bluetooth headset there is no problem at all.

I tried to modify some of the volume setting in Dev Mode, but i can't really notice any improvement.

Anyone at Umidigi is aware of this? What is the solution?
