Sorry, I don´t know where it is. I just found 17/11/2015 on the right side "official roms"... Do you think a "downgrade" will solve the network problem? Or which rom are you running?

Sorry, maybe I'm missing something, but can't you restore the modem (QCN) by following step <4> from

where there is a link to download the QCN back-up file.
