And what part of the hardware is not compatible? will be the motherboard or other component, the micro and graphics do not think, because there are other smartphones with the same micro and graphics that have android 8.1 I ask at least since we are going to use it as a paperweight or throw it away, at least we were happy to know why it was. If you could see that we stayed without 8.1 ... if some people go wrong with Android 7.0 with 8.1 it could not go better.

how can we get any normal support on this phone, cause I'm not getting any response in the ROM section, and this S2 lite has been dead for a week now, no reply here.

Are you bloody kidding me? There will be no upgrade, that was promised in all of Umidigi advertising material? And this is due to "hardware not being compatible" In Australia, false and misleading advertising is against the law, as the Australian Consumer Law Section 29 states. You know your suppliers and your website can get sued for this right? How can you treat people like this? Show fake advertising for an upgrade? Does Umidigi even have some human morals?

How can get a refund for the product? Because your supplier GearBest won't give it to me.

i have luck i can back the s2 lite to seller after 5 month. i never buy any umidigi again. i hope that more peaple don't buy from this company. take your phones in your.........
