Are you bloody kidding me? There will be no upgrade, that was promised in all of Umidigi advertising material? And this is due to "hardware not being compatible" In Australia, false and misleading advertising is against the law, as the Australian Consumer Law Section 29 states. You know your suppliers and your website can get sued for this right? How can you treat people like this? Show fake advertising for an upgrade? Does Umidigi even have some human morals?
How can get a refund for the product? Because your supplier GearBest won't give it to me. |
