So if im not wrong...you, umidigi official staff, dont know or cant help on a umidigi product but more important for the umidigi staff that product not exist at all....so maybe you have ghost workers that made and ship products without you know, interesting because you dont need to pay ghosts for their work 
The best support/staff is the one that reply you with 100% sure you are in the wrong and a stupid...then you are forced to paste a image of reality for take them down on earth, then they start asking out for others when they are the one that should/must take responsibility.
And not warm me, but reply to this question: How can be a device updated to Oreo or get updates (7.0...ps: infact hasnt updated to least april yet and thats why i flashed the stock rom posted in the community) if the one that should make them (the updates) didnt know that the device exist? [I should warm you like im doing with my words and not you to me....yours are lies]
