To conclude because I think we will never have news.

I sent an email with the requested information (Photos, Option, Address) on June 22, 2017
The answer, June 22, 2017, therefore the same day is:

Having no news, I send a mail to Amy on July 7, 2017 asking if I need to redo the application with the form or not

Result no news.

I therefore decide to send back an email requesting the tracking number on July 15, 2017

I still have no answer.

Conclusion in June 22 and July 17, 2017, three mail was sent to receive a single response from it.

So how do you want us to trust UMIDIGI, how would you like us to understand anything, we are in the blur the most total concerning the fault you have committed concerning the battery of the UMI Z.

What do we have to get the information requested?
Are the batteries shipped?
Where is the tracking number?

what youmean with bpost has gone? bpost exist in belgium also, i Know it because my battery was shipped from China to Belgium and was on transit yesterday to germany.
i hope to get it today

I gave up waiting for a response or solution on the part of this dishonest company. I never buy anything from this brand again and I will still talk about the problems I had and about the treatment I received from this umijunk for all the people I know,

Get one battery on Aliexpress for 20€  ,my "Swollen UMI-Z" is now repaired,thank you UMiFReAky Service for no support, so one customer here will never again buy a umi
