I upgraded Android 7.0 over the air and then the phone will reboot continuously. Also not working fast charging. How can I solve these problems?

I put all the mp3 files in the path internal storage\ringtones and I have not the same files in the microSD (external storage). Notifications they use mp3 files from the same location and they work.
I have also tried to put the file in the folder  internal storage\media\rintones but it does not work anyway. BeThe next time I turn on the phone there is always the default ringtone: "Beat Plucker".
If I choose an existing ringtone to your phone, for example, "Bell Phone", then this always remains!
