Hi,

I have a problem with self-rebooting.

I bought the phone and it updated the firmware to ver. E.V3.02_20170216 by itself using wi-fi updating.

The problem still occurs and the phone resets by itself three-four times a day.

I did a hard reboot but nothing helped.

The problem still exists.

What can I do ?

Its the end of may right now but i have not recieved any nougat updates for Umi PLus E. Can you please confirm and tell me when about will we be getting an update for UMI plus E.

There is still problem with SDK provided by MTK which is not supporting correctly DDR 4 dual channel RAM.

The Patience has limits. Or you do not know that. I admire how you can play this role of advocating something that will never have a solution. Up to now, "official" version was that umidigi engineers did not received the sdk yet. And now you're saying that the sdk WAS PROVIDED but with problems ? Are you serious ?

This is just not acceptable.

That Umidigi engineers can't develop SDK to umi plus E as is not compatible with DDR4 dual channel.
Or
That MTK can't provide correct SDK to Umidigi engineers which will support DDR4 dual channel.??

Currently engineers can't develop android 7.0 to umi plus E but this doesn't mean that engineers not working to improve android 6.0.
There is latest update for Android 6.0 from may.
Of course we will inform if android 7.0 status change.

Mancini, what do you have to say about this statement of yours? We are already in June and tired of waiting. I at the end of 15 days already had an idea to whom I had bought my UMI Plus E (UMI Store at Aliexpress) and that are:
1st Liars
2nd Do not satisfy the guarantees that the customer pays, I complained and never got answers
3rd Promises update for Android 7 and never appeared.
4. The lack of respect for customers
5th I could say more, but the page would be full and not worth it, it would be like I was writing for the walls because they are not going to do anything, nor the least that is to apologize for deceiving the customer. The word "apologize" does not exist in the Chinese dictionary.

You, who are always defending the UMI, have nothing else to add after this time?

What people needs to understand, is that we are all, more or less satisfied with the device itsef considering its specs and price.
What we are fighting about is the false advertisment made about this device (camera quality, ID sensor quality, updates...guys, you took our hard earned money cause we trusted your words) and about the fact that we feel cheated. When someone promises you and guarantees you something, you expect him to deliver it in a timely manner. Be it umi responsibility or MTK responsibility is none of our concern. UMI promised something that they are not able to deliver. And what is worse, is that they keep promising things, though they perfectly know they are nowhere close to be able to deliver it. This is what these "complaining" and "pestering" is all about.
