UMI PLUS Broken (Cracked) Touch Screen

\n\nHi UMI world,
When I first wired the phone to replace the screen, (UMI PLUS E) I took a new screen into the service.
The replacement has not been done properly, so after a few months I have a broken phone again.
I decided to fix the phone myself. I opened it but I do not know which screen I need to embed.
The first time the screen was replaced, I did not have a light sensor.
On the phone, the date is: 2016-11-26 and on the screen 2016-09-28.
I found two types of screens on the Internet, but they differ only by date.
on one date 2016-09-02, and on the second is the date 2016-11-14.
Which screen do I need to incorporate?

Date is not important. Only long code which is on ribbon cable and back of LCD.

Another problem is. The screen was replaced once, and there was no light sensor on it. I do not know who was the original. Is it the same as this one replaced, or is this other type. Could it be that the other guy needed, so the sensor is not working?
And what's the difference between the two types of screens?

What do you mean by the light sensor? There is in every phone light sensor with proximity sensor but this is not part of screen.
Maybe during last repair somebody broke this sensor or something else happened.

Ty MarcinP,
before UMI plus E, I had UMI super which also broke the screen. Is there more screen types or can there be any matches for UMI SUPER?
Telephone is working properly (I think) only is brokem screen.

Please check in same seller from last link,  as I said this seller selling very good quality of spare parts, also is fully helpful in case any troubles. I can fully confirm that screen which will be send to you will be latest available version and is working with Android 6 and also with android 7(latest official version).
