Stealthz1, you know that I 100% agree with you about the behaviour of umidigi, and their way of communicating and of customer care, and how they misled us about 7.0
But this last screenshot has already been discussed about lots of times, and btw was subject of me being banned for the first time. Ben claimed that a colleague og him from umi got it wrong, and gave him information about another device UMI Z I think (I might be wrong) (which is very funny, because if you carefully check release dates of devices and 7.0 ROM, you will notice that no other device could fit such a statement, only PLUS E)

I wish people at UMIDIGI will just say "we're sorry we advertised something that shouldn't be delivered, therefore here a 150$ discount on the Z1 Pro wich is THE EXACT PHONE as the Plus E but it has the update (or on any other UMIDIGI Phone)".

But unfortunately they don't care much about customers...

Overall I'm satisfied with my Plus E since the battery issue was fixed, yet the fact that there are no security updates on phones that have LESS THAN 1 YEAR is absolutely outrageous.
They make awesome-looking phones, with awesome specs, yet camera and optimization really suck. It's such a shame they should focus on less models and more on optimization and customer service.
I worked in the selling part of many companies, yet UMIDIGI strategy is something only start-ups do, but this company is already known they just need more attention in their phones.
