To make it bug free they have couple months... You will wait until next year maybe too? It should arrive quick as possible because after one year maybe this smartphone will be in trash...

Now... I have just had contact from UMI to let me know that lollipop is not bug free as yet for the eMax. To prove that it is on it's way though, a flashtool compatible version of the ROM will be made available for you to play with. HOWEVER, in it's current state the ROM has some camera issues and the sim card is not being recognised. Once these are fixed the ROM will be made available to you all.

I understand that many of you will not be pleased with this news. Please remember that the mods here are not in anyway involved in the development or manufacturing process. We are just the messengers (remember that wikipedia article!).

This already seems vaporware, first for August 18, then on September 4 and now I do not know ....
Google recently announced the Android 6 and here it is not known when they will have 5.

It seems incredible the shamelessness that may have ... As announced in style lollipop that will be released in two weeks all over the place and now say they have faults? This feels like the Hammer's Lollipop release, the 5.1 in Flash Tools has problems so they will try to rectify it on the ROM to be released in Rootjoy but up until now there's still no Lollipop 5.0 for the Hammer in Rootjoy.

I think, the most important is that the ROM let be totally bugfree. It's indispensable. I'm waiting for it with my endless patience. (I hope it comes before Christmas...) But I ask UMI support: promise dates, only when the ROM is totally ready. Or when the programmers are totally shure that it will totally ready until the date. It's also important.
