You can force your phone to reboot by pressing the power button for about 10 seconds. Then you can try to run the update again.

Hi,

Can you please release a SPFT version with secured boot.img (locked)?

Users that need to access certain aps, are not able to do so unless this is solved / provided.

Hope to have a solution soon!

Hi,

The boot.img is secured, not that is the source of the problem. After the changes of some files, the system log has not been updated, so some security sensitive apps (that verify that log file) may think that, the system is cracked. This issue will be resolved in the future.

Do you have any timeframe for this? This is as far as I can see a bit vital for at least EU clients

Sorry but there's no timeframe. Only a very few apps are affected and in fact those apps use a wrong method to check root access, since they obviously provide false alarm. That system log is not meant to be used by third party apps.

hello mates,

i am new to site .i joined newly .i am trying to upgrade to 7 nought .but i lost my chance .my phone is briked.my device is umi plus running marshmallo.here where can i find solution or how i can contact the company technical people to figure out the issue.now my phone is not shwoing any charging indicator .when i am connecting to system ,there it is showing usb mode.what kind brik is it soft brik ,hard brik or dead condition .i am not able find out the issue .i am expecting help from the umi plus form .your help is appriciated.i am awaiting for replay.

Hi,

If you downloaded the beta release, you could and were obliged to read the warnings and conditions. The beta testing is for experienced flash tool users only and everybody can flash his phone on his own responsibility.
So you may request help here but quite not expect it if you flashed your phone without (obviously) the neded knowledge. Since you didn't tell any details about your issue, that's impossible to efficiently help you. Try to flash only the preloader partition first, then flash the whole ROM content with choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option.

Red bar appears with "Download DA 100%" that's all! I wait 10 minutes but red bar is always showed.
I never see the alert which display that's ok
