I am also almost satisfied with my UMI Super.
Currently everything works perfectly.
Only the cameras are unfortunately still not satisfactory.
Selfi camera makes very bad, blurred and dark pictures.
The main camera makes relatively good pictures in good light conditions.
As soon as it is a bit darker, however, the photos become blurred and very pixelated.
After all the attempts to solve this problem by software, I think that it is a hardware problem.
Even if there are other mobile phones that make good pictures with this camera.

Yes indeed. It's like @ocv1269 said before....The fingerprint scanner is a disaster: It keeps constantly scanning and by consequence it blocks the phone for 30 secs. It seems that all the OTA's released by Umi bring only problems instead of solutions! Maybe @bencebacsi has a solution?....

After the update, i have the same problem with the fingerprint sensor. please do something with that!!

@bencebacsi have no solution for that! he is telling me that i have broke phone... seems like everybody have broke phone....

Yes, fingerprint sensor problem. Cam continously problem. Umi Super have four months and still not functioning correctly. One problem after another. Umi never more!

everything works very well on the phone, but after update the fingerprint is terible... please fix it ASAP! fingerprint is the bigest problem right now, they should fix it ASAP!!

Everyone who have problems : delete cache and dalvik cache or flash stock firmware via SP Flash tool.

You can also update it manually from OTA, it helps with my phone. finger print is stop being crazy.

Could anyone describe how to wipe cache/dalvik cache on this phone? Stock ROM, no TWRP. I'm a pretty confident Android user, but have found no way to enter fastboot in any usable fashion (can't get past the NO COMMAND dozing robot). I'd love the touch screen improvements in this release, but if that makes the fingerprint sensor go haywire, I'll pass this update.

Just flash stock firmware again with SP Flash tool and don't erase your userdata, all will work perfectly.

Thank you! I bit the bullet and flashed latest ROM with SP Flash Tool, making sure to uncheck preloader (as per the guide) and userdata (as per your suggestion). So far, about half an hour after rebooting, the fingerprint scanner behaves just like before, and the touchscreen is possibly a little more responsive.Since this is my first MTK phone, I feel like a newbie again, despite my close to 8 years with Android phones.

If nothing else, I'm now comfortable with using the SP Flash Tool!
