Resellers often copy and paste the content of the ads from the page of one product to another one, sometimes putting misleading information by this way. You should follow the official product page. Hotknot is not mentioned there. There's a show page about the Rootjoy app and that contains a CM11 logo (that's a KitKat mod anyway, doesn't stand for lollipop) but I've never seen a CM update promised for UMI Iron.

Regard of the CM and MIUI, that part is really for RootJoy, but in Europe, I think this could be misleading of the consumer.
But I don't want to argue with anybody. I accepted this phone as is now.
rhen is right about the hotknot feature, so I apologize for my mistake about that. That's a curious case anyway since hotknot is natively supported by the SoC and (in principle) by the touch screen. I didn't know it, that's not available with the Iron. My eMAX offers that feature but it's something that's definitely not needed by most users.
graffatso: As I mentioned, that ad stands for the Rootjoy app and you can find the same pick in the ads of other UMI phones too. Yes, if you're really careless, that ad can mislead you.
What's the case in Europe? Just watch some TV-shop shows on TV.

I do not care if not upgrade to android 6, if, umi, corrects problems hardware of this phone.
I would recommend that, the roms featuring, eliminate of ROOTJOY .
these ROM, contain many bugs and offers nothing really user
