I too have the screen freezing issue. I have tried everything. I have done a factory reset, updated the software, etc. Nothing works. I had such high hopes for this phone, but it has disappointed me at every turn. Now I'm stuck with it. I hope they get these bugs fixed.

This version is for test purpose only. If you have the other area version (not only U.S.), please wait for the official update. I can share the flash tool ROM of the EU version (that you can flash over the non-EU version) but only for test purposes. If you live in the USA, you should not keep the EU version on your phone.

Any update whats going on now? I've installed the update, nothing is better. Still not working touchscreen randomly but 40-50 times a day! IT'S ANNOYING! Meanwhile I receive so many mails from UMI ads and giveaways bla bla bla. SOLVE THIS ISSUE INSTEAD! Best thing is I even can't go back because the V1.0_20190430 system software is not even available anymore on the server: "The requested URL /UMIDIGI_S3_Pro.E_V1.0_20190419_20190430-2205_update.zip was not found on this server."

Hi, I did the update you indicated but the touch issue didn't resolve. The touch keeps getting stuck and I have to press the power button. Only then the touch starts working again. I hope you solve the problem as soon as possible. To take into account when I bought the phone, the phone was fine.

Salve, ho fatto l'aggiornamento da voi indicato ma il problema del touch non si è risolto. Il touch continua a bloccarsi e sono costretto a premere il pulsante di accensione. Solo così il touch riprende a funzionare. Spero risolviate il problema il prima possibile. Da tenere conto quando ho acquistato il cellulare, il cellulare andava benissimo.
