This is not recommended but last chance is format + download. Unfortunately after this you need pay for restoring your fingerprint scanner.
This is your decision what you want to do.
Otherwise you have hardware fault or nvram but this cannot be fixed with available tools.

What you mean by I need to pay for fingerprint scanner as nothing is mentioned about this in flashing procedure.
Can you please explain further.

In flashing tutorial is information about not using format mode.
This is removing fingerprint activation file causing fingerprint scanner to not working.

Thanks for your valuable feedback.
But till now I did not format the phone.
I only used either 1;Download only or 2; Firmware Upgrade. i never tried no.3;Format All+Download.
Either still it requires to recover the fingerprint scanner.
Please advice.

Only format can cause security files to wipe.
Probably you did something else and you don't know what, maybe custom ROM did something there, that why if you already struggling with fingerprint issues you have nothing to lose with format.
