Hello,

I have a USB type C to VGA and HDMI converter but I can't get any signal from my Umidigi S2  ...

Definitely is supporting OTG but I didn't test with HDMI adapter.
Definitely you can use "wireless display" (settings - display - cast - top right corner- enabled wireless display)

I intend to buy one S2 lite if it is going to have an update to Andoid 8
Can UMIDIGI confirm or deny this update will happen?

When is Andriod Oreo coming? It is already nearly the end of May and still no update like promised!

Hello Denis

Mr. bencebacsi, clarified more than 3 weeks ago in another thread and said:

Maybe it will be postponed until June due to Google's new and very strict GMS certification policy. Unfortunately, currently I can't tell you the exact date.

Hi,
On the top of this page is information about Android 7 pre installed and Android 8.1 update via OTA (we know that the Android 8.1 needs to be installed with SPFT)
Please check here for full explanation

And you postponed it again and again and again......

Plus 7.0 rom is not even flawless, you are postponing 8.1 but im sure 8.1 will be very buggy too from what i saw on 7.0, because i cant think you fixed all problems and optimization on 8.1 and not fixing them in 7.0 update.

The lineageos beta is your porting and not a official one, but then why didnt you ported MadOS 8.0 for Oukitel K6000 Plus? Has same chipset and rear camera sensor....just make it booting and its ready.

Yes, too much is being postponed for the problems that we have some, I understand the google certificates, but while we have to put up with it.
I think the same as the partner, as it is not well developed for the mobile, the same thing will happen.

The problem is that you read other threads of different models and the same thing happens to them.

Could you please tell me what type of issues you have with S2 lite because I can't experience any type of faults with my S2 lite.
