If I remember correctly that is place where this grommet should go.
Place flat piece under circuit board and open part need face to bottom grill of the outer cover.
To do this please remove silver screen from circuit board and lift small bit (you no need remove) in this area you will see microphone ( steel square piece) and grommet need to be placed over that microphone.

Why new touch didn't work, please explain what was wrong. Did you talk to seller about your issues with bought screen? Did you update phone to correct firmware?

buy 2 touches and lcd for 2 phones.
After mounting on any of the 2 phones, one of the phones did not turn on at all.
 If it's turned on with a broken touch and LCD that is currently on its own. On this Android phone 6 is installed.
On the second phone where Android 7 was installed, the phone is turned on, but the screen displays black and white lines horizontally.
I sent both of the numbers to China.
I do not know if the seller will replace them.
It's been 3 months since I sent

You should check part number of old screen and buy new one which is compatible with your phone.

My Umi Super screen is broken, but I can't find any sellers for the XLD0553260B1-33#4 replacement screen. All I can find are F-550028X2N.

Is it possible to get the phone working with a F-550028X2N - even if it means flashing the ROM?

We never tried use different part number of screen so we can't be fully sure that will not work, but some users reported that the different part number of spurious screens never worked correctly. Also resellers not recommending use different part number.Please check again at aliexpress
