Mediatek can advertise whatever they want but this doesn't mean that the each brand want use this specification as maybe isn't safe for components used as battery, etc.

This charger supporting 100 - 240V input and 5/7/9V with up to 1.65A and 12V up to 1.25A. Charging voltage and current is judged by system set by engineers.
Umidigi Z Pro is charging with 12V and 0.7 A constantly from around 1% to 80% then current flow is slowly dropping and at 100% changing to 5V (currently depends system calculations, but of course when is fully charged there is no current flow)

Be honesty to you we don't have problems with Bluetooth.
About SMS, up to three texts you have SMS after that MMS (this is standard in android phones). If you not use special letters each SMS length is 160 signs but each special letter is taking more space.
About freezing up you should reboot your phone or perform factory reset if reboot didn't help.

Thank you for all these details, but others have problems with bluetooth and I'm not talking about the software that manages the photo sensor is disastrous. This evening, my daughter was singing at a concert, the stabilizer (activated in automatic mode) is non-existent, the photo pro mode returns to initial settings as soon as we go video, the super night button in video is useless, Ironing.

All the videos and photos are missing, the HDR makes them too bright and without, one can not even film.

As I said before, the super night + flash mode that allows me to have a photo, has a decent colorimetry compared to reality, this is the standard mode in other manufacturers.
