Make sure phone has above 50%, in fact the more the merrier. Trust me.
Power down phone.
Hold Vol+ AND power button.
Release power button when you see the menu options in very small fonts.
Use the Vol UP button to navigate to recovery mode.
Use the Vol DOWN button to select.
Phone reboots and you see a dead Android - No Command.
Hold Power Button and tap Vol UP button. Phone will now reboot into recovery mode and you will see a menu.
From here things change...
Use the Vol UP or DOWN buttons to navigate. Go to "Wipe Cache". Use POWER button to select.
When done you'll see the recovery menu. Now navigate to "Wipe data/factory reset". Use POWER button to select.
WARNING - any operation in the recovery mode may take some time. That's why maximum battery juice preferred. DO NOT POWER OFF WHILE IT IS RUNNING EVEN THOUGH IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S HUNG.
When phone has been reset, recovery menu appears again. Navigate to reboot and select. Phone will restart and you should see the first like you got the phone out of the box.. Nothing you saved previously will exist.
I accept no responsibility of your phone is bricked or damaged through this instructions.
All the best!
