I'm sorry but your phone should be checked by a repairmen since the current software has no such issues. If the whole back of your phone is too hot, it might be a battery issue. If it's hot only in the top right section of the metallic back cover, it might be a voltage regulator issue. The voltage regulator can get damaged by over voltage through the USB port or by a shorted USB port.

My Super had became swallon after update 20170308 and now after 6 months, I just provide a fresh battery from china. So I want to put it into the phone but I'm so afraid about updating my phone. Please kindly help me and say what you think about the way  for updating my phone to 20170637.  Do I have to update through settings>about>wifi update  or  I have to by this thread and sptf+OTA?

If you advise the second way, please kindly give me a tutorial. I don't know anything about it.

Your battery issue is not related to any software version, so you can update your phone via OTA through the phone settings without hesitation.

So I was at work today and I noticed that my phone is showing up on the PC's at work because the phone's bluetooth keeps trying to connect with other devices.

I tried to turn bluetooth off and it just goes straight back on.

How do I disable it permanently on the UMi Super?

I also don't want it draining my battery!

It seems to be a bug or a background app controls the bluetooth of your phone. I can't tell you remotely but you should check your app permissions. Without seeing your phone I just can recommend to perform a factory data reset.
