I'm sorry but that's a question I never can answer since the updates are not scheduled. It's not only up to UMIDIGI but also a job of MediaTek.

Guys seriously I don´t understand the constant call for next firmware upgrade. So far the latest 7.1.1 ROM is a solid release. I am occasionally lurking on the forums and apart from a couple of known issues that I wrote in the now long buried thread I couldn´t identify bugs that would affect all of the handsets.
Many issues are related to manufacturing and QA issues like dust under camera, unfamous battery bloating issue, but these cannot be fixed by software update.
My Z is so far snappy, all apps works well and I charge my phone every third day considering the rather light usage. Maybe I am just lucky.

The next update will be released when it´s done and spamming the forum and mods with requests won´t speed up the process at all. Either you deal with it or you buy another phone.

I am strongly agree with these points but also some major issues are need to be fixed on ASAP basis
like , Network Stability issue ( G,E,3G,4G Fluction ) and also touch senstivity on top bar .
Umi should consider them seriouse issues.

I don't have problem with connection. Only change between 2g and 4g is slowly. I made downgrade from nougat to marshmallow. After downgrade is update from JULY (upgrade on nougat). Maybe few bugs are fixed.

Please post your message in the UMi Plus section and flash the latest ROM with SP Flash Tool.

UMi Z has too many bugs and a horrible camera. The camera looked better on Marshmallow and there were fewer bugs. I cannot ever recommend this phone company to anyone anymore.
