It's possible that flashing with the SD card inside of the smartphone or some data that it card contains affects the correct functioning before update versions?

Hello, friends!

Using this version (7.01_20170123), I have three problems:
- Battery draining faster. (the worst for me)
- A higher ram consumption.
- The black bar bug in the WhatsApp emoji list.

*I installed by manual (local) OTA update.

The SD card has no effect when flashing. Yes, you are not alone with this fingerprint scanner issue, you are two such users out of tens of thousands. Sorry, but you have specific hardware issues.

this home mode   function . need on android nougat

You can find the same setting in 'Settings --> Apps' and tap the cog at the top right corner. Generally I suggest you to use the search function (magnifier at the top right corner) in the Settings menu.

Reading only this forum post I've counted about 8 users thar noticed the same problem, not only two. What is different with the fingerprint sensor afer 20160923 version? It's really strange that his bad behavior starts in version 201601017 when the changelog said "[size=34.7723px]Improved fingerprint sensor performance".

I have the exact same problem with the fingerprint sensor. On every ROM after 20160923 it just goes crazy.

Maybe there's a way to include the fingerprint sensor in the EngineerMode menu, such that users can set the sensitivity as a treshold??
I don't know if that's possible at all, however other sensors are in there as well.

Battery drainage is really annoying. I tried different things but still there is no much improvement. I guess this will be resolved with the next release. I can't be bothered to go back to marshmallow as I upgraded via OTA and I'm not comfortable with other means of flashing
At the moment when the screen is switched off, the drainage is very minimal (probably due to New Doze in A7) but once I switch the screen on the battery depletes really quickly

Hello, someone was able to put a ringtone in mp3 format?

I copied .MP3 file from SD card to Internal Shared Storage -> Ringtones folder and it appeared to Settings -> Sound -> Phone ringtone menu.
