Yes, the phone gets hot using original (QuickCharge) charger. Yes, I'm sure battery life will suffer if you regularly use QuickCharge. Solution: If not in a hurry, use a regular (5V) charger.

Well, I use the original plastic back cover.
I let the phone to charge up on the computer desk or on ...

Ok but this heat dissipation is pretty normal while fast charging. Don't forget that, fast charging in Android 7.0 didn't work until the latest update.
Here's another chart from a UMi Super that's in use for 13 months already, with the same battery and without any issues.

The battery of that mobile phone, with 13 months of use, how long does it last?
Because, that is what really matters.

It works as approximately the same as when it was new. About 6 days standby time.

For each charge cycle, the capacity of the battery decreases. This is basically the same on all LiPo batteries. Most charts show a 30% decrease in capacity around the 250-300 cycle mark. That's full cycles. If you plug your phone in at 50% charge and charge it up to 100%, it's a half cycle.

You have activated a custom battery profile in battery saving mode, where bluetooth is enabled. That setting overwrites the setting in the Bluetooth settings.
