If this happened just after update, please perform factory reset from settings - system - reset options - erase all data, latest update has removed proximity sensor calibration to avoid such issues.

Hello , I got my z2pro ceramic yesterday , and after the update , everything is working ok , except the 5ghz wifi ... It sees it , I put the password , but it just wont connect , please do a future update about this one as well .
The boke effect is crap .... don't just give us a blurred circle ... either make it work , or don't do it at all , it is really embarrassing . This requires an immediate fix .... or if you cant make it "real" bokeh , and not a circle .... you failed us .

Immediately after I installed my Z2 pro made connection to the 5Ghz band but then it came off and refused to connect.

I "forgot" the 2.4Ghz, rebooted and configure z2 pro to use 5Ghz.  Thereafter I managed to the 2.4Ghz back and the 5Ghz is doing ac protocol too.

I have a s2 pro that doesn't have ac protocol and in 5Ghz its link speed is only 135Mbps from the router.  Thus z2 pro ac does deliver a higher speed.

Hi , thank you for your feedback,. I did you suggestion. Unfortunately, the issue is still existed. But what i found this issue is not appearing once i used Bluetooth or speakers. So the issue with proximity sensor and this option was removed in this update!

I tried to test mine.  My z2 pro's screen does switch off when I held it to my ear.  However the screen switches back on if I elongate the distance from the ear.  I can't see the screen myself while talking with it close to my ear but screen is back to normal during the call if I want to see it.

Is this a fault?  Tried it on my s2 pro and it behaves exactly the same!

Can I suggest you move the phone to see its screen during a call to check if the screen can switch on?  Just away from the ear to a normal hand held position.

Thank you for your help , it actually fixed the problem . I forgot the 2.4 ghz wifi , restarted , connected to 5ghz wifi (it worked) and then connected to the 2.4ghz wifi . Now both of the work , it connects most of the time to the 5ghz . Thank you very much

On a second note , the bokeh effect on the one and one pro are a real deal ...... the bokeh on z2pro is just a blured circle , its a freakin joke .....
how can you make it work on the 100$+ phone , with inferior specs , but not on the 300$+ z2 pro  ....
I hope this will be fixed soon ; I am pleased now by the phone , but if that isn't ging to get fixed .... I will return my phone . I got it expecting everything to be as advertised ,I don't buy lies !
