Ok so please dissemble phone again and separate screen from proximity sensor then calibrated sensor (maybe new screen is partially covering sensor). If still is no good then swap to cracked screen and test. Maybe new screen have small bit different hardware cause such issues (incompatible drivers cause incorrect signals). I found that on umi plus replacement screen (LCD not digitizer) is only working on Android 7.0 as drivers are probably different which android 6.0 firmware not contain. But I don't know is digitizer or LCD different in umi super replacement screen unit but you can connect only LCD and keep digitizer unconnected and use OTG adapter and computer mouse to check is working proximity sensor. Then you will know which hardware cause such issues.

I tryed that. Nothing is blocking the sensor. Maybe is a firmware problem?

The problem is not driver, when you wont to change the screen under panel is the  ear piece and the proximity sensor there is a rubber that is covering the sensor put the rubber and the problem is over.
