Please check your IMEI numbers in case you wiped during flashing. Go to settings - about phone - status IMEI informations. If you have 11111... or 222222... you need use SN writer to restore IMEI numbers to your phone.

Right, I have had a week or so with the phone BT working with no problems, until today. It has started doing the same thing it did before installing the ROM again. It's obviously a software problem, but I can't figure out what.

I had sorted it out on the same night I wrote my post using that forum link

As an update, I have now reinstalled the ROM for the phone (if you plan on doing this, find out how to back up the IMEI numbers first) and so far (touch wood) the bluetooth is working as expected. I have tested it with both my BT speaker int he bathroom and my headset, which were what I was using before that would have the connectivity issues, and I have yet to have any problems with the connection dropping out.

There are forum posts on here that tell you everything you need to do.
