Umiadmin i totally understand this , but let me be very unhappy of your product. Before UmiZ i bought also a Umi Super and i was happy of that. After these experience i'm force to strongly give you a bad feedback , here, with my friends , colleagues and over all the social media. I understand that warranty is not from your side but sure yu can do something better for your VERY VERY UNHAPPY productss owner. I have to pay about 50$ on a Smartphone of 200 for getting repair. Already 8 people that was looking to buy UMIZ yesterday from your Official Page on Facebook tell me that after i shared my experience thy will not buy it anymore.
Try to take care of people that trust you also if is not your side of warranty..... haveing horrible feedback over the social media is a hard weight for a new brand

Can be possible to receive a replacement battery? They are not yet avaiable to buy anywhere . Please ...

Such battery issues are very rare but quite not unique and can affect even the most expensive models of the most known brands.
Some examples:
http://forums.androidcentral.com/samsung-galaxy-s7/747105-samsung-galaxy-s7-battery-swelled-up.html
https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/iphone-6-swollen-battery-redress.1979934/
While we already apologized and tried to help you and asked you to request your seller to repair your phone (what is quite normal since you never request directly the manufacturer to repair your phone but that's the duty of your seller, whom you paid), you've rather chosen to attack our company by spamming our facebook page, so we had to ban you there. That doesn't help anyone and if that were a correct behavior, you could blame almost all brands of the world.
If you need it, spare batteries will be available on aliexpress.com in a few weeks. So please be patient and search for it or contact us again later.

The same problem. The battery swelled. I wrote to the seller on Ali, he promised to help, it will be good if he helps. But honestly, to buy a new battery on the phone, which is less than a month, there is no desire. And this is the manufacturer's problem that they have produced poor-quality goods. If the seller on Ali refuses to give me a new battery, what should I do? Buy at your own expense? I then in my life will no longer contact with the purchase of new phones from China and all friends will be advised not to do it
