On which step you are stuck?
This never happened for me but I heard that some users activated uploading (flashing) process with pressing volume up or down button.
Probably firstly connect switched off phone and press volume up and hold if not help press volume down. If still is no good press and hold volume up or down while you connecting phone to computer.
Maybe is worth to try.
SPFT finally worked, i needed friend's help for it anyway i installed the old firmware but still got the same problem. i tryed all the rom but nothing. probably is a display problem so i will send it back to assistance and i hope will have a new one it will be a so long wainting again
