USB TYPE cable only charges and does not transfer.

i think i have the same issue with the usb C cable, aside from that the charger doesnt perform as aquick charger it takes me 5 hrs to full charge, can i ask umidigi for charger and cable replacement?

Yes you can, do what I did, make a video showing the problem, buy a cable and charger and after they analyze the video will reimburse you. Then go to the Bandgood website in my case the store that bought the UMI Z, and send the purchase of the purchase for them, only the print of the screen with the purchase of the product.
I received the reeboldo in value of what I bought at Aliexpres.

I renistalled win 10 and since then the phone have been on the computer, but offcourse you have to unlock the phone to be able to see stuff on it.

Olá meu amigo, o problema é realmente físico, obrigado pela moeda. Eu já comprei um novo cabo e Banggood me reembolsou.

One thing i must say is weird with the USB and the computer are the transfer speeds, moving 1 Gb of data from my computer ( USB 3 connection ) to the SD card in the phone ( U3 card ) is very slow, at least 10 X slower than if i took out the card and put it in my card reader ( also on a USB 3 port )

Its like the phone are just USB 1 with a USB C plug, but that cant be for sure, but something are strange here for sure.
