I have broke my screen too and would like to ask if is enough to buy only the touch screen without the LCD. Is the touch screen glued to the LCD with glue or is only a adhesive film that can be removed. Thank you!

As in current device is OGS screen used is very hard replace only digitizer unit at home.
You need buy tool to cut/separate OGS from LCD, then buy glue and UV lamp to hardened glue. But you need clean and set lcd on correct position to be digitizer matching LCD position etc.
Is just easier and safer buy complete screen unit

I wish I've read this before. Now my phone is dismantled and I have no idea how to proceed with screen replacement. Any instructions? It's broken anyway so I'm brave to proceed. ;-)

Please disconnect LCD connectors and use suction cup to pull screen from frame but please use hair dryer to heat up double side tape glue  from screen.
Here you can see what I talking about but this is not umi Z. THIS IS ONLY EXAMPLE TO UNDERSTAND HOW ITS WORKING.
