Omg....... The worst things ever if no alarms sound ....... I'm using for alarms , mine is OK. Hopefully don't happen bad things....... God bless ....... I'm happy with this phone. Overall 6.5/10

Not root, I means put that OTA zip file to your phone, press update. Maybe will help.

Yeah this means that the connectors are really bad and the smallest nudge can disconnect them. -.-

Ive had it happen to me on two occasions. It works after a reboot though. I might just send it back. This phone has way too many problems. Im so disappointed with UMI. The UMI Zero was the last good phone they made.

You have a hardware problem. The next updates won't solve your problem. I would send it back as son as possible.
