Umi super battery problem/ problema na bateria.

I updated a few days ago my umi super to Android 7.0.
I noticed an excessive consumption of the battery; previously it lasted two days, now it does not last a day.

Umi Super battery reduces from 100% to 30% with just 2 hours of continuous WhattsApp texting. Then takes 3 hours to charge.

My "super" Umi Super is like this. The battery has blown and the device no longer works. Umi simply ignores this problem.
This company does not deserve trust.
Umi never again.

I have exactly the same issue. The battery has increased its size, I cannot use the button to turn on the screen and even when charged more than 80% it turns off. I have already contacted the seller I got it from (aliexpress) but he is not responding. Nor can I find a replacement battery that they are able to send to my country. The few sellers in Aliexpress that are able to send, charge about $100 us to ship it! I have also sned messages to UMI's facebook and to the support email UMI has but no one responds. My cell is about to explode! UMI please, please help me on this, I really need the battery ASAP! I was delighted with my phone and now this. UMI customer support seems to be inexistent, specially for countries they don't have presence. Too bad UMI, I believe I will not get your products ever again!
