Doing a factory reset has improved the stuck pixels just few are still visible. I wont attempt using SPFT I can cope with the current state of the screen as long as the stuck pixels do not get any worse it should not be a problem

But what if the stuck pixel just gets worst? Like it would multiply like crazy on his screen and leave him unable to use the phone?

Thanks for your help and yes hopefully with the Android 7 everything should be fine

Do you think the stuck pixels are prone to get worse, do they tend to spread overtime, increase in size etc, that is my main concern

Do you think  ...

With this information which you provided this looks like be software issue. (small bit doesn't make sense as we have no more complaints from other users about this issue )
I would flash ROM with SPFT to fix everything fully, because if this issue will be not fully solved you can request for reseller warranty.
This is very hard judge what could happen with this pixels in future.

At first mine seemed to have improved but I have noticed for a while the stuck pixels have increased in number, I have over 30 I can count when on black screen, the only thing I reckon which can be done is return under warranty which Im trying to avoid doing atm. I can cope with the stuck pixels however it is looking likely I may have to return the smartphone in the near future.

I got stuck pixel aswell, I can see 8 of them. Received the phone yesterday.  Tried some pixel fix apps without helping. The pixels are also visible when phone boots which makes me think its not software problems.. Did you return your phone?

No I have not returned the smartphone but may have to do so in the future depending on if the pixel problem gets worse than its current state as I can cope with it atm
