So they do occsionally reply but not with anything very constructive!?!?
They're not really filling me with confidence about purchasing one of their devices ATM
I really don't get why these companies offer such a lack of support. The first cheap Chinese smartphone maker to offer a decent level of support - and English language support - will IMHO massively improve there worldwide sales (and reputation).
I dont see why they dont emply a few good English (not Chinglish) speaking support staff to monitor the forums and social media etc - Surly the benefits certainly outweigh the costs etc???
