Firstly choose ROM which you like from this forum pageshttp://community.umidigi.com/forum.php?mod= ...

Thanks MarcinP, I did all of that, but I had a problem connecting my UMI to PC (it didn't recognise it when I shuted off it). Finally I deleted one of the drivers that were causing problems and I connect the phone to an USB 2.0 port (theses two things were very important in my case). I have downgraded it to september version of the FOTA update... and now battery doesn't go from 50 to 0 in one second... Now it goes from 50 to 0 in "phases" (50, 32, 20, 18... 0) in some minutes. And from 100 to 50 faster than before...

Please UMI, a new update to solve this... Battery was one of the "good" things, and now...

Regards.

I had it activated, but as I said it was a problem with the driver for windows 10. It's important also to connect it to and USB 2.0, an USB 3.0 port doesn't recognise it.

Battery problems persists

Hi,

Please flash the latest version with SP Flash Tool. http://community.umidigi.com/thread-5060-1-1.html
It doesn't cause such battery issues. If the problem still persist at you, then you probably have a defective battery, that needs to be replaced.

Did you unchecked cache memory when you flash to older ROM?
There is big possibility that due to previous battery issue indicator, system still remember previous issue and now is calculating incorrectly battery capacity cause wrong battery reading.
You can flash again with check cache memory, or clear cache memory from settings-usb memory - cache memory, or clear full phone in factory restore.

Edited by unixfreak at 2016-11-5 11:14 \n\nSince latest update this happens to my phone 3 times so far.
I have about 40-50% battery left and it just turns off, when connecting to a charger the battery is at 0%.

How to stop this happening?

The same problem here... But in my case, it goes to 0 when it reachs 60%

I haven't a solution yet, I downgroaded to a previous version, but the problem persists now.

Yes, I dit that also, but the problem persists.

Please download " 3c battery monitor widget" app then you can monitor battery voltage.
In history you will get some information which should help me to understand what is happening with your battery or is there software issue.
To my understand please tell me did you flash your phone to older version with CACHE MEMORY CHECKED. The best option will be if you could flash full ROM with ALL OPTIONS CHECKED, preloader, cache, user data etc.
