As I wrote post about finger print performance in previous software threads but as I can see umi engineers not reading information from here.
I tested other softwares on umi phone and I found that there was (up to this software)  no problem with sensitivity of FINGER PRINT SENSOR!!!!!! Problem is with screen waking up speed.
When you touch finger print sensor vibration is coming on straight away but screen is waking up with delay. So conclusion is that finger print was 100% fine just screen waking up was the problem. Now umi changed sensitivity of finger print and is to sensitive!!!!!!!!

I restore my previous ROM and now works OK ... The last UPdate is a FingerPrint sensor madness .... Please UMI test your Update before send US ...

Comeon... its disappointing they are fixing things that are already fixed and instead they are making their performance worse.... Sticking to my old 20160708 update. i think that release is still better than all the releases after that

I installed this version using the SP Flash Tool, and everything works fine. Possibly it's "just" the OTA update that misbehaves?

I got this update on OTA in South Africa about 5 days ago. Now my battery drains very quickly. Also, my phone charges much fast, but my phone is getting very hot.I checked the battery option in the menu to see what it using it, and it looks like it did before (wifi first, then display, then idle). Nothing strange there.
I also switched off fingerprint sensor, because it looks like some people had fingerprint sensor problems. But it didnt work. I think it has to do with the fast charging, maybe something changed? Before I can get 3 days from my battery, now I only get maybe 1 day.
Please help!

I had the same problems and i go back to V3.02_20160810 ROM.

Yes, I have the same problem. The fingerprint reader has gone mad, please correct the problem.

I had the same problem but I have to factory reset the phone and now it seems to work

Hi guys,

I have a big problem with my new UMI Super. I bought the phone before 3 days. Yesterday i started to use it. I check for update (Wireless update) and i had two updates. One is 270mb (maybe), seconds - 17mb. After this update "Skylight"notification didn`t work. Sometimes this functions i can`t see in "Settings". I wrote e-mail to Gearbest and the told me - sorry, you update your system and your warantly is not active. I never heard this stupid. I had Samsung, iPhone and etc. and never i don`t have this problem with update and warantly, however. How can i fix this problem? I think this is software problem not hardwear. I did 5,6 factory reset and nothing. I enter in recovery menu. I did "clear eMCC" and nothing. Front camera didn`t work too.
