I struggle with bluetooth a lot with connecting to my car audio. It's a Mercedes W212 E class. Bluetooth is working well if I connect ONLY the car audio to phone. Additionally I run a Smartwatch Microsoft Band 2 with the UMI Super.
When connected to the smartwatch as well there will be no voice transferred during call. So I can start making calls and also pick up calls but I can't hear anything and also the caller will not hear my voice.
When deleting the bluetooth connection to my smartwatch everything works like it should.
What I already did:
- deleting cache and data of bluetooth service app.
- unpairing all devices. Tried to re-pair first car then smartwacht and vice versa
I have two phones here for reference where the same setup with the same devices (same car, same watch) is working without problems (Huawei GX8 / MS Lumia 640 LTE DS)
I think it is maybe a problem of the bluetooth driver software of the UMI super.
Please if any developer could verify that bug? This may help solving other bugs in that thread as well as I think that many people paired to more than just one device.
I think UMI Super is a great piece of hardware. Software needs to be tuned. Especially drivers needs to be well done. I fully trust in developer to solve that. UMI Super CAN be super with the right firmware.
Thanks in advance
