Changing the cable have helped.

But my problem still exists with the missing apps when install ROM via TWRP.
Also have problem with root access.
I've installed supersu via twrp, but it is broken.
I have no root access.

It could be a recovery problem?
I tried the one linked in here: http://community.umidigi.com/thread-2962-1-1.html
and the 3.0 from needrom.
The same thing happens.

I haven't tried to install the ROM via rootjoy since it takes ages to upload it to my phone...

No, I have chosen the download only option.
Also I have to flash the preloader too?

Edit: Just tried with the firmware upgrade option, everything checked. No change.
Anyway, did you noticed that in the CoolUI camera there is a focus slider that actually works as it would use camera2 interface?

Unfortunatly I don't have an Iron in hand, so I can't notice anything about it.
Your phone might have a memory or memory controller defection. The last chance to rule out a possible software error is to choose the 'Format All + Download' option but that can drive to lose your IMEI numbers. So, that's not recommended.

It seems like now I able to install the OpenGapps package.
At least now I have Google Keyboard in the setup wizard, but can't make it through because Google Play services crashes.
So the situation seems better, but Flyme has some serious problem.
Can you give me a hash of the Flyme ROM zip? So I could check if mine isn't damaged.

After flashing the stock ROM with SPFT but before installing a custom ROM with TWRP, you should process a complete boot up (of the stock ROM) to let the system to create the correct partition structure.
I got this Flyme version from the author and currently uploading it to MadiaFire but the filsize and content is the same anyway. I'll share its link after completion.

Now I rebooted before install and have no launcher too.
I think this is some other problem than a broken update package.
I'll go back to CM now and stop flashing before I completely mess up the phone.

Do you mean booting up the stock ROM after SPFT flashing, no launcher?

No, stock ROM is fine.
I tried to boot up stock ROM before installing flyme and now i had no launcher in flyme.

I have stopped flashing ROMs now. I already spent too much time for that, but I'm starting to think that my problem is my SD card.
Today morning I noticed that I lost my entire internal memory backup. SD card doesn't deleted, only my backup folder is empty. I don't know what happened, but I lost my pictures. :/

Can you ask UMI staff if they plan to release the new Flyme 5.1.5.0G ROM for the Iron?
As I saw before, the Flyme releases for the Iron followed the m2 note global releases.
The 5.1.5.0G is released on 18th of May and it would be good to have on the Iron.
