You can use it as a patch, but it would be better to configure the device properly to get rid of the sound: https://source.android.com/devices/audio/warmup.html

Thanks to you Rhen...  I like internet that's way...Simply found a trick from a French guy on youtube, post this trick on this forum, this trick inspired you...  you have made this brillant apk and finaly i design the icons...And now no more annoying audio clicks for Iron and iron Pro Owners...

I've found a bug in the app.
If you doesn't play anything and a notification sound plays or you try to change the notification volume it still clicks.
I try to look at it in the evening.

Off: Ohmygosh, don't be greedy. I don't deserve a Touch. I made this in about 12 hours and this includes many resource since this was my first app that is solution to a real word problem.

The app has been updated.

It's now use the MUSIC channel instead of SYSTEM channel to keep alive the sound system.

With the SYSTEM channel, the popping sound heard when you haven't played anything and get notification.

As a side effect, now when the headset/headphone is plugged in, the system thinks you are listening to music, so the default volume button behaviour will be media volume instead of notification volume.
