The rom rar file is unable to be extracted. States that it is either archieved or unknown

Use WinRAR to extract it. It's an archived format, of course.

The rar file is still in perfect condition, I just downloaded and checked it right now. Maybe you use an old version of WinRAR or your hard drive is damaged.

Everything's perfectly unpacked.

i tried it on a different computer and i managed to extract and flash the rom on my phone
But now a different problem arose and that is the OS is bootlooping and it freezes on the umidigi bootup logo

I did it exactly like the guide but it won't work i even tried it multiple times

The guide is about flashing in download only mode, without the userdata partition. You should flash your phone in firmware upgrade mode to overwrite the whole software content of your phone.

Yes I know I tried both ways but neither worked
so know what do you suggest I do?

Then unfortunately your phone might have a hardware defection. Please contact your seller for a replacement.
