After full format you need reactivate finger print scanner but this is paid service, we do not recommending full format.
If phone is not booting correctly and you already flashed with SPFT then this is indicating hardware fault or corrupted NVRAM. Unfortunately you can't repair this part of software with SPFT or any other available for you tools, so the hardware needs to be replaced.

I also tried Custom ROM (lineage-14.1-20180419-UNOFFICIAL-s2lite) and with this, phone is starting properly. If issue is with hardware, then phone should not boot/start after installing the above custom ROM. Only phone is not starting after installing official ROM.
Which one is the best official ROM for this phone.

I managed to install the official firmware C350_KW_S83C_201803031219 and phone started perfectly. Connected with wifi and then updated the latest with wifi. After that phone restarted automatically but asking to enter your andriod password.
Which password do I need to use. What is the default password.

I formatted the phone with teamrecovery and deleted every thing, then still why it is asking to enter the password. What is the default password for S2 lite.
Please advice.

There is no such things as "default android password", this password is the same as you set yourself.

After formatting, everthing should be erased. Then why in start up, it needs to enter the password.
What is the solution if forgot password.

As I mentioned previously, I tried both.
Also with Custom ROM, phone is working normal but detecting only one sim card.
I want to use official ROM.

Please advice.

I am also lost.
Any how as I mentioned phone is hanging at the start up screen after flashing the official ROM. If I am shutting down with power button and restarting again, then it prompts to password screen.

I also tried the Custom ROM which works perfectly but detects only one sim card and known issue of video recording with camera.

So I want to use the official ROM.

Trust this clarifies.
