You can check battery temperature in engineering and testing  mode. *#*#33#*#* or *#*#3646633#*#*
Please charge few times and see what happen. I would say that the battery temperature is fine but please monitor during charging. You can use 3c battery widget app from Play Store.
Also you should keep charger connected for maybe extra 30 minutes after full charge to top up battery to full.
If you have USB monitoring charging process please charge until current stop flowing.

I have noticed strange things details are as under according to Aida 64,
Battery was full @23 C temprature other parts @37C according to temrature machine Room temprature is @35 C
after full charge Aida shows discharge rate(Charge Rate) @ 1800ma and after half houre readings as discharge rate @880ma ( gradually decreased) and battery temprature is @ 24C.

is battery still charging after 100%?

In the system always will be some current flow because hardware is taking some power.
But if you have charging monitoring USB device you can see exactly charging voltage and current flow without activating screen. Of course to get complete 0 current flow you maybe need keep phone under charging for 3,5 hours. If charging drops to 5V and around 0,35 A then charging is over.

I check on my Z in room temperature and battery temperature under charging was around 24-25 °C and if you use your phone under charging battery temperature can rich 31-34 °C of course other components have different temperature.
