why does the new available firmware appear at the phone status system update..?

when i flash the new firmware, i need to reinstall all apps and get all settings back right ?

I don't think that the problem is the percentage of cpu used.
I use this mobile rarely only for whatsapp and my Cpu is never busy very much.
Then I have the phone for 2 months and I have always used it in the same way, only for a week the problem has appeared.

yeah, it worked at the beginning, maybe an app which has been updated in the background cause the problem now..
lets see what happens with the new firmware
