Type-C to 3.5mm audio Jack not working

Head phone keeps on disconnecting on my umidigi S2 pro
I am running on latest update ugh this phone is making me angry no root no stock ROM no twrp no nothing at least make a rooted ROM or twrp recovery or disable your efuse partition protection

I just changed the adapter and it works again that makes me say that the original provides is of low quality because I have not manhandled mine!
With a new one it works again correctly

Now my Umidigi S2 Pro Phone cannot be charged.  When connected the phone to my computer, it is also not recognised by the PC.  The Type-C audio adapter also not working.  I have contacted the seller at Aliexpress (their official store).  But they asked me to repair locally and only paid maximum $20USD.
I have asked to return the faulty phone to their factory and i have offered to pay the shipping cost to their factory.  But they asked me to pay for the return shipping cost too.   
Now i cannot used the phone because it cannot be charged up.

Hi all

I too have this problem. Sound only through 1 ear with supplied Umidigi adapter.

I ordered 3 separate replacements (3!!) from Aliexpress, none of them would allow charge.

Very disappointed.
